About Me

I'm Seth! I'm excited to meet you and help you find an AMAZING travel contract! A bit about me, I graduated from Appalachian State University with a degree in Physical Education. For over 10 years I was in the Telecommunication Industry, leading teams in a high sales volume capacity as District Sales Manager. I left that world when my daughter was born to have a more stable position with better hours and I wanted a career where my impact was greater than a cell phone in someone's hand. 

That being said, with multiple years of experience in the travel healthcare industry, I have had the privilege of working with 2 agencies and countless travelers. I am dedicated to providing exceptional service, ensuring that each traveler's needs are met with professionalism and care. While I work within normal business hours, I am also available outside those hours to accommodate the diverse schedules of my clients. 

Communication is a top priority for me, and I strive to maintain open and responsive dialogue with travelers and agencies alike. My commitment to organization and attention to detail allows me to orchestrate seamless travel experiences for all those I work with. 

In my personal life, I live in a small town in Western North Carolina in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. I have been in this area all of my life and love it! I'm married with a beautiful 3 year old little girl, 2 doggos and 2 cats.

My Commitment to you

I believe that in this crazy world of being called/texted/smoke signaled a million times a day by recruiters from every corner of the world, you get tired. You get annoyed, agitated, irritated and discombobulated with choice, with the constant noise. My goal is to be the steady, the go to, your answer for all your needs in one. These are the promises I make to you for our professional relationship.

1. Dependable - I will give you good news or bad news just as quickly. I'm not as excited about sharing bad news, but I understand it's equally important. 

2. Transparent - I will tell you everything I know and am allowed to share. If I don't know, I'll tell you that too. I'm big on transparency and need you to confidently make an educated decision. 

3. NOT A USED CAR SALESMAN - I won't sell you on an opportunity. I want you to be excited about your new role because of how well it aligns with your ideal dream and vision about what the future could and should look like. If this role is it, I won't have to sell you on it. If we have done our jobs equally well, there is no need to sell you. 

4. Advocate - Without you, I would not be able to provide for my family. I will be an advocate for you throughout the process. I am your guide/Sherpa along your path in travel. I will give you what you need, as well as fight for your rights with these facilities when no one else will! Your happiness is my #1 priority.

5. Empathetic - I can put myself in someone else's shoes and understand some/most of how they feel. I won't know everything, but I want to bring that 'Open door policy' to life. I want to give you an outlet to vent if you have had a hard day or a means to celebrate the great days! Share memories of your journey with (pics can go on the company Instagram account if you want!) 

All in all, this is YOUR life that we are talking about. I sincerely want you to be happy and I do not judge or hold grudges should something happen. I am happy when you are happy! If that means you take another job, great! If that means we get to work together, even better! Unless one of us screws up so bad that its irreversible, I will always have the door open for you to join my team! I look forward to speaking with you soon!
